Tourism, hospitality and the art of living |
Village of Bages
By restoring the Village de Bages, Jean-Michel Cazes wished to turn it into a veritable “village of wine and gourmet delights”. Built around activities related to wine and the art of living, Bages has become the main tourist attraction in the Médoc… Adjoining the Lynch-Bages cellars, the village boasts a café-restaurant, bakery, and boutique, set around a central paved square and its fountain. |
|
The Relais & Châteaux Cordeillan-Bages
In an 18th-century charterhouse in Pauillac, surrounded by the most prestigious wine-producing châteaux in the world, the hotel has 28 rooms. In the Cordeillan restaurant, the creativity of Jean-Luc Rocha (two Michelin stars) is characterised by the finest Médoc produce, the blend of novel flavours and the quest for the perfect pairing with the best of the Bordeaux grands crus.
